
Rheumatologists use a number of tools to determine what are called outcomes, and in fact most of these tools are available to you, the arthritis patient. Using these tools, you can determine for yourself how well you are doing on your treatment - and how well you compare with others of you who share similar characteristics.
If we can gather enough patients together in this way, we might be able to find what the best and safest treatment is for one of modern society's most cruellest diseases - chronic inflammatory arthritis.
