Instructions
Create a directory on your local drive and unzip the issues of the dBulletin into that directory.
The issues of the dBulletin are made from be deployed all in the same directory. This way it is easy to move from one issue to another one and to use the index on the main page. The only things that must be deployed in separated directories are the applications (two files could have the same name).
To begin reading the issues, find
and double-click the following files:
bulletin.htm
for Issue No. 1 (May 1999)
bultin02.htm
for Issue No. 2 (June 1999)
bultin03.htm
for Issue No. 3 (July/August 1999)
bultin04.htm
for Issue No. 4 (September 1999)
bultin05.htm
